Silvia Menéndez Burgos

Silvia is a qualified lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where she developed a strong foundation in legal practice and dispute resolution. She began her career working as a legal professional and mediator in Argentina, gaining solid experience in negotiation and client representation.

In 2002, she relocated to the Costa del Sol, where she transitioned into the real estate sector. Since then, she has built extensive experience in the industry, initially working as a real estate advisor and later expanding her role into legal advisory and marketing.

Alongside her professional career, she has completed studies in marketing in Denmark, further strengthening her strategic and commercial understanding of the real estate sector. Today, she combines her legal background, international experience and marketing expertise, working across legal advisory and marketing within the real estate sector.
