Villy Brønnum Nielsen

Villy is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the housing and property sector across Denmark, Norway, and Southern Spain. Based on the Costa del Sol for many years, he has built a strong track record working as an independent real estate agent in the Málaga and Marbella areas.

Most recently, he has worked as a valuation and listing consultant at Beauchamp Estates’ new office in Marbella, focusing on high-end properties and exclusive listings. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in real estate sales, property valuations, master agency roles, client relations, contract negotiation, and project coordination.

His background also includes experience in the construction industry, where he has worked on turnkey projects, strengthening his technical understanding of building processes and property development. He holds dual qualifications in sales and building technology, combining commercial insight with strong technical knowledge.

He has led sales departments for new-build projects and has organised and coordinated property exhibition stands at major trade fairs across Scandinavia. This international experience has given him a broad understanding of the real estate market across different countries and client profiles.

He is fluent in Danish and English, with good proficiency in Swedish, Spanish and German, allowing him to communicate effectively with an international clientele.
